The directors of BIAS have both been Registered Builders for decades and are Senior Building Inspectors. They have an unrivalled amount of first-hand experience by which to provide pre-purchase inspections of owner-built homes.
Unfortunately, a lot of owner-built homes don’t pass Building Inspection therefore – CANNOT BE SOLD. In addition, owner-built homes need a more expensive Indemnity Insurance policy, and regulations do not allow the completed home to be on-sold for at least 6 years. By using a professional outfit BIAS as your project manager, this can be cut down to only 3 years, and your savings in insurances could cover your costs to have engaged us.

Let us complete the paperwork for you in the right way, and liaise with council for you to chase up a prompt approval.
We can also assist gaining council approval for completed illegal constructions, including completing any remedial work needed in order to achieve compliance.
