A group of eight units was underway in construction when the builder declared bankruptcy and abandoned works. Workmanship on the development was sub- standard so BIAS’s expertise was called in to assist the new builder with remediation and complete the project to industry standards.
BIAS was commissioned to provide project management for a large 600 sqm home in Ballajura. The clients had very specific design criteria, the project is complex and the input from BIAS has been well received.
